Well…haven’t found anything to write about today so I think I’ll just talk about an idea that came to me while out on the bike today…as you know, I broke the speed records on the bike last week and I think I’ve about hit the top speed for this bike…just not enough gear to get going faster…but, there is a record I set last year that I am going to take a crack at in the next few days. Last year, I did the full 15 mile ride in 56:42…aided by lots of coffee and no wind and I think I have it in me to try to break that one…probably should do it soon since I do nothing but keep getting older…I do have to prepare for it this time, though…need to over eat for a day or so and get lots of bananas to keep the cramps at bay….the legs were good today and it felt good so I think it may be Friday that I’ll make the run…could be tomorrow if the weather holds…stay tuned….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
