Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done…was just in shock about Wall street’s meltdown and couldn’t think about anything else…but, I slept okay last night and that was strange…even with being good last night and the problem is that there is no pattern that I can replicate to ensure that sleep happens…the pain is better today but my left shoulder is still hurting and I wonder if it the moving tendonitis that I have had the past few years…I do have to buy some bananas in the grocery run this week since I have been getting cramping in my calves again on the bike….and it even hurts when I’m not on the bike so potassium is necessary…not much to do today….I will be back here in a minute for another sad one and that will set the tone for the rest of the day….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
