{"id":10861,"date":"2015-09-04T08:43:40","date_gmt":"2015-09-04T12:43:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=10861"},"modified":"2015-09-04T08:43:40","modified_gmt":"2015-09-04T12:43:40","slug":"september-4th-7","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=10861","title":{"rendered":"September 4th"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;it was an okay day yesterday but I still didn&#8217;t get anything done&#8230;maybe I&#8217;ll just stop talking about that&#8230;but, if I do that, I won&#8217;t have much to talk about&#8230;slept okay last night but no dreams again and it is a pain to waste a good night&#8217;s sleep and not dream&#8230;oh, well&#8230;I did cut the bike ride short yesterday since it was starting to rain and I just didn&#8217;t want to get wet&#8230;normally, I just keep going but there was some thunder involved and it would be too ironic to get hit by lightning when I use the bike ride to stay healthy&#8230;.I did start to eat bad for the weekend with a couple of burgers yesterday and it looks like that will continue today with lunch with T and Mexican food for lunch&#8230;.and then a burger later when I get home from pool&#8230;.or maybe a salad&#8230;who knows?
