P and back but some good things came of it so that was cool&#8230;.I haven&#8217;t really thought about a political one for the day so I probably won&#8217;t do one&#8230;the trip back was a bear with stop and go, bumper to bumper traffic all the way from Howard City to GR&#8230;and then it just had to rain but the cool thing was that it happened while I was stopped in traffic so I could put the top up without getting wet&#8230;.I am a little sore from being in the car and my stomach has been crappy all day and I&#8217;m not sure what that is about&#8230;probably from not eating enough yesterday or today&#8230;just couldn&#8217;t choke down more than half a chicken breast and I know that&#8217;s not enough for an entire day&#8230;.I&#8217;ll give eating a try again later but nothing seems good to me so that may be hard&#8230;.more later&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;it has been a long day already with driving 200 miles to Mt.
