Well…it was an okay day yesterday and another one that I didn’t get anything done but the grocery run…but that kind of describes a normal day for me right now so I guess it’s okay….slept kind of crappy, again, and that’s normal, too, but boring so I won’t talk about that, either….my upper back has started to heal from I don’t know what but now my lower has gotten worse with it hurting on the bike which it never has before…going to have to try to crack it later today to see if that will help….I do need to get moving and get the bike ride in early today so I can see F1 practice that is on a little later….not much to do today…pool, of course, but that is about it for the day…won’t even attempt to clean since I know I won’t get to it….and I don’t want to feel guilty by not doing it….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
