Well…it was an okay day yesterday even though I didn’t feel too well…haven’t coughed much yet today so it may be getting better…still sweating, though, so maybe not quite yet…slept just okay last night but woke up sore everywhere especially from the knees down…lots of cramping in my calves and my right big toe…and the left elbow is killing me, too…it’s hard to just pick up the coffee cup without screaming pain…crap…..didn’t get a lot done yesterday and today looks much the same…still don’t have a lot of energy but will try to get the bike ride in before the rains come….geez…I sound like an old guy just bitching about all the aches and pains….no \u00a0more of that….I am down to just 250 miles to go to get to the goal and that is kind of exciting…but the bike has a squeak in it that I can’t find and that is annoying me…will try to grease the seat post this morning to see if that is where it is…not much to do today…I do need to watch some soccer this aft but that is about it…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
