Stuff happens?&#8230;9 people are dead and JEB! repsonds &#8220;stuff happens&#8221;&#8230;I don&#8217;t know what to think about that&#8230;a person running for president asked about 9 dead and he just dismisses it with &#8220;stuff happens&#8221;?
