Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done, again, the lungs are still giving me fits and that takes away a lot of energy…I did watch the Lions win even thought hey were trying to give the game away all afternoon…and, I won’t be climbing on the bandwagon for them any time soon…I know them too well after all these years…slept okay but feel a little crappy this morning and I know why that is…will be doing something about that all week….not really sore anywhere so I am going to try not taking anything before the bike ride and just see what happens….I did take a nice long one yesterday and it felt good but I’m not sure if I’ll do that again today…maybe if it gets sunny later….not much to do today…going to just do the normal routine and get back to working out in a while…want one more cup of coffee first…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
