{"id":11563,"date":"2016-01-25T13:26:31","date_gmt":"2016-01-25T18:26:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=11563"},"modified":"2016-01-25T13:27:42","modified_gmt":"2016-01-25T18:27:42","slug":"just-nothing-happening","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=11563","title":{"rendered":"Just nothing happening&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;I have been sitting here today trying to work up some outrage so I can have some motivation to write something on politics but nothing has come so far&#8230;so, I guess I&#8217;ll just do another one to just talk and see what happens&#8230;.I have been lucky so far with my weight with not riding the bike&#8230;only a few pounds gained but that has been a lot of work trying to cut the calories out from the ride&#8230;.trying to keep the intake down to about 1,200 a day and have been somewhat successful&#8230;but the real problem is if I do that, I have very little energy during the day&#8230;.or I&#8217;ve got a bug, not sure which yet&#8230;.one crazy thing I&#8217;ve read today has me shaking my head&#8230;there are some of those Michigan Militia idiots who have gone to Flint to &#8220;protect&#8221; the people of Flint from I&#8217;m not sure what&#8230;are they going to shoot the lead out of the water?
