{"id":12772,"date":"2016-09-22T08:19:25","date_gmt":"2016-09-22T12:19:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=12772"},"modified":"2016-09-22T08:19:25","modified_gmt":"2016-09-22T12:19:25","slug":"september-22nd-7","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=12772","title":{"rendered":"September 22nd"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;I hope this morning is not as busy as yesterday&#8230;was out on the bike before 8 to beat the storms and went as hard as I could for 12 miles but I am feeling that today&#8230;my left lower back has been screaming at me since I got off the bike yesterday but I think it may be getting better&#8230;at least I hope it is&#8230;have already done the grocery run this morning and didn&#8217;t get anything since my freezer is filled and I&#8217;m not sure where I&#8217;m going to put the chicken I bought yesterday&#8230;but, how can you pass up legs at 49 cents a pound?
