Well…running a little late today since I had to do the grocery run this morning…..yesterday was pretty wild with the wind gusting to 60 in the aft and I am glad I had my grill chained down since it tried to fly away 3 times and I had to go out and pick it up and put it back together…needless to say there was no bike ride yesterday and I don’t know if I’ll go out today…if it gets to 40 or better I may consider it but right now it looks like just another day of vegging….I think my neck is a little better today and I hope that continues the rest of the day…I did finally get some food around here and actually bought some fruit this week…and some veggies…got carrots buy one get one free so I now have 6 pounds of carrots that I don’t know what I’m going to do with them….think I’ll make some for lunch with some pork loin that I got cheap….I do need to talk to the internet company today since my new speed is so damn variable that I’m not getting what I paid for…supposed to get 12 mbps but last night it was all the way down to .17 so I couldn’t run anything….that will be the project for the day…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
