Yep&#8230;it&#8217;s Tour de France time again and that brings the spandex out of the closet \u00a0and puts it on the trail&#8230;and this year is just not pretty. I wonder what any middle aged guy was thinking when he stuffed his ample gut into the most glaringly colored jersey he could find&#8230;.and then takes it out to the trail huffing like a steam train trying to go over 10 mph&#8230;now, I&#8217;m an advocate of exercise in any form, but I&#8217;ve said this before, many, many times&#8230;the only people that look good in spandex are thin teenage girls&#8230;..and not many of them&#8230;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;I get to do this one every year around this time of the summer&#8230;I wonder what the connection could be?
