Well…running a little late today and it’s because I just can’t get started….Just poured the first cup of coffee and it hasn’t had enough time to work so I guess I’ll have to ease into it again today…I did just notice that my right heel doesn’t hurt any more and that is a good thing…but, it’s going to take a while to get my walk back to normal since it has been so long that I have been favoring it…and my allergies are flaring up already and that is not a good thing…oh, well…slept okay last night but I don’t think that’s helping today…feel pretty slow today…had an okay day yesterday but the weather is still too damn cold for me…I mean we are already more than halfway through March and we haven’t had a nice day yet….I am itching to get out on the bike in shorts and to not have to warm the car up to melt the frost off the glass…not much to do today…the 12 hours of Sebring is on this morning and then there is basketball on that will keep me from being too bored…Happy St. Patrick’s day…..more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
