Well…running late today with getting out on the bike before coming here…and it was not a good idea to go out without having coffee first…made the ride just torture but I’m glad I got out before the storms come in…had huge cramps in my hands the whole way and I’m not sure what that is about…they normally go away after the first few miles but not today…slept okay last night but got up early today…it is strange to get up at 6:50 and be on the bike by 7:10….didn’t get a lot done yesterday and today looks to be the same with the tour on now and then going over to watch the third place match from the world cup…the game that no one wants to play so it may not be a good one….I do need to do some laundry in a few minutes but I am trying to get some coffee in first…this is just not the right sequence with the coffee….don’t think I’ll do that again…didn’t even get a full glass of water in before the bike ride and that didn’t help…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
