Well…up way too darn early today and that means I’m early here, too…slept okay last night but just feel a little slow today so I’m easing into it with coffee and the tv running in the background…had a nice day yesterday but I think I may have been too long in the sun since I can still feel the tightness this morning so I’ll take the day off today and let it heal up….don’t have a lot of motivation right now so I’m not sure how much I’ll get done today…should feel better after I get on the bike in a few….not sure what I’m going to cook today but I do know I need to eat more…again…so maybe a burger and the rest of the pulled pork…should make a salad, too since I have all of the makings for it and don’t want the tomatoes to go bad….not much to do today…I am going to clean some after the bike ride and there is a race on that I can nap through so that makes for a nice afternoon….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
