Well…running a little late today with moving grocery day to wed this week so I don’t have to be in the store on t-day…didn’t have much to get but still spent 47 bucks and I am shaking my head about that one..I think my intestinal problem is almost gone as is the pain and that is a relief…should be back to normal in a day or so and that’s not a day too soon…have figured out…or remembered that I stay warmer on the bike if I go like crazy but that leads to big soreness that I may have to treat today before I go out…my sides hurt…along with everything else but that’s okay…it’s tolerable and a good indication that I’m doing it right….didn’t get a lot done yesterday and the only thing I have to do today is clean and get the turkey in the brine this morning and then the normal workout stuff….actually feel pretty good today and I hope it lasts for a while at least…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
