Well…running a little late for the new normal this morning…didn’t get up until almost 6 and even had some dreams last night and that rarely happens anymore…but, I feel pretty lousy this morning and I assume it’s from not eating enough…again…have been back on the bike the past couple of days and didn’t allow for the extra calories that takes…one of these days, I’m just going to go back to bed after I do this….I did get a few things done yesterday but I won’t do much today but wash the car…I need quarters for pool and to get the salt off it so that will need to be after I get the ride in and work out…I think I may need to tighten the belt that runs the alternator since it was squealing a little yesterday when I went out for the paper…but, with all of the rain and moisture out there, that is pretty normal when I don’t run the car much…I do need to work on the bike before I go out, too…with all of the crud in the shifter from riding in the wet, it was hanging up on the ride yesterday and that is pretty annoying….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
