Well…looks like I’m on time today and I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or not…slept okay last night and don’t feel too bad today other than lots of little pains that I have been fighting for a while…but, I got down to only one dose of ibuprofen for the day yesterday and it was okay so I think I’ll try the same thing today…didn’t even take anything before the bike and my shoulder didn’t hurt until I picked the bike up to carry it down the stairs….so, that will be the plan for the day…didn’t get a lot else done yesterday but I am going to make turkey soup today since I have carrots and celery left over from making the pot pie filling and I haven’t used the instant pot for a while…and I do need to clean the bathroom that has been waiting since the crash and I’ll attempt that later after the soup…or maybe while the soup is working…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
