It appears that my shoulder has turned the corner and I was able to sleep on it for a while last night with just a little pain and it really doesn&#8217;t hurt much at all right now&#8230;okay, my stomach is bad enough that I just took a zantac for it&#8230;and I haven&#8217;t needed any of that in over a year&#8230;.didn&#8217;t get much done yesterday but cook a little chicken and I may have been under on calories again&#8230;but, who cares?
