Well…not sure if I should celebrate not getting out of bed until 6 today or not…I did sleep okay last night and my shoulder doesn’t hurt much so that is celebration worthy and I’ll take it…didn’t have any dreams that I can remember but that’s pretty normal for me…I did try to eat enough yesterday but, as you know, that is pretty hard for me…going to try again today…you would think it would be pretty easy to do but it isn’t for me…I guess it’s ingrained habit from years of trying to control my weight…and not too successfully…didn’t get a lot done yesterday with all of the sports on and today will probably be the same…I do need to get out and get my hair cut this morning and put gas in the car for the mess that is coming tomorrow…another round of show\/rain\/sleet\/freezing rain and the rest of the crap that I am getting really tired of…but, I guess it’s February in Michigan so I need to just roll with it and hibernate for another couple of days…I think I may try to do a bike ride that mirrors the normal ride on the trail…I’ve done it so many time that I can remember what gears and how many shifts it takes…I do wonder how to simulate the coasting downhill since the trainer just stops when I stop pedaling…maybe use my imagination?
