Well…running a little late today with not getting out of bed until almost 6:30…not sure how I slept but I am pretty sore this morning and my calves are hurting for some reason…I did do a double on the bike yesterday but I do that often and they never hurt before..damn, I’m getting old…maybe it’s because I went much harder than I planned on the second ride?\u00a0 Who knows? I did get out and run some errands yesterday to get some food and get my mega tickets that I haven’t checked yet…I do need to win 400 million dollars…the guys didn’t bring my new appliances yesterday and I am a little irritated about that…I do need a washer that works so I can get some laundry done…I think I’ll bitch to the office if they don’t come today…or, maybe not…don’t really need the washer for a couple of days but I do need it by the end of the week…it looks like I won’t be getting out on the bike until later today since it is raining out there right now but I need to do doubles to get to my goal of 500 miles for the month…ha, it just struck me that I’m going to do 500 miles in the month that the Indy 500 is run…that made me laugh…not much to do today….going to just ease into the day since I don’t feel that hot and I’ll decide later how much cleaning I’ll do….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
