Well…as you can see, I didn’t come back for a another one yesterday and I’m not really sure why…I had the time and there are plenty of topics but I just couldn’t get motivated or get my thoughts straight enough to do it…that’s been happening a lot lately and I think it’s from the stress of trying to get the house finished and all the BS that comes with that…oh, and the not sleeping too, and the not eating…you get the picture…and then I try to kill myself with doing 30 miles a day on the bike on top of that….something has to give and I think that will be the two rides a day…after all, 15 miles should be enough to keep me fit and, as K said, I’m not 30 anymore and need to heed that….I didn’t get anything done around here yesterday either and that has to change….I did get to some of the cobwebs that were annoying the hell out of me but I have a lot more to do…and I still need to start getting rid of stuff so I don’t have to move it in a couple of months…I could use a day off of thinking about all of this stuff but I guess that won’t come until after it’s all done…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
