Well…that was a little better…didn’t get up til almost 6 this morning and it would be nice to get to 7 sometime…don’t feel as sore as normal this morning and I can’t figure that out other than I only did one ride yesterday…but I was really sore last night so that’s a little confusing…but, I’ll take it as long as it lasts…and you know I’ll do two today and make everything hurt again…not sure how to react to not hurting…damn, I just noticed that I still have white paint in the cuticles on my hands and I wonder how long it will be before that doesn’t happen anymore? Didn’t get anything done here yesterday but I do need to clean some today and cook some chicken before it goes bad…still have three breasts to cook for sandwiches and I’m not sure how to prepare them…maybe I’ll make a new rub…none of the ones I have been using lately has really grabbed me and I just got some Italian seasoning from aldi’s that I want to try…I think I need a day off so I may just do that today and just watch soccer after the bike ride..I’m already getting tired just sitting here and that is not a good way to start the day…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
