Well…running a little late today with not having the motivation to get going any sooner….just don’t need to rush even with doing the grocery run this morning do I think I’ll just ease into things…haven’t been feeling too hot the past few days and I’m not sure what that is about…I did get out on the bike yesterday and it was much more work than I like with having to be really careful of the ice that was still on the trail…and it was only 33 when I went out and that is at the bottom edge of what is comfortable for me…took most of the afternoon to warm up after getting back here…but, it is already warmer than that right now so I can get out as soon as I get back from errands…slept okay last night but was up at 4:30 again…I was able to get back to sleep for a half hour or so and that helps….but, I’m still pretty worn out and that may be from not eating enough…I am a little happy that I finished the turkey from t-day yesterday and can move on to other food…yeah…the normal stuff…more\u00a0 chicken and tacos…I do like turkey but every day for a week is just a bit much…not much to do today…just the errands and then work around here…and I think there is a SpaceX launch this afternoon that is always cool to watch…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
