Well…running a little late today with not getting up until almost 6…slept okay but feel pretty crappy today and I think it’s the ragweed and goldenrod that are flowering and driving my allergies nuts…and I’m pretty damn tired but still need to get out on the bike here in a few minutes…the swelling in my foot and ankle is finally coming down and if it keeps up, it may be back to normal in a couple of weeks…this is the longest it’s ever been puffy and I’m not sure what the cause is….it may be that the weather is not as hot as it has been all summer…but who knows? I didn’t go out to see my new grandson yesterday since he had a bad night and my son and daughter in law had been up all night with him…going to try again this morning and I hope it works out….need to get some photos for my friends to see…didn’t get a lot done yesterday and today looks about the same…okay, I did get the lawn mowed and some clean up work done but I’m just not too motivated right now and I may take the day off after I get back….might even only do one ride today since I am pretty sore right now and probably should take an ibuprofen before I get on the bike….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
