Well…that was strange…had some really weird dreams last night with dead cats, Elvis, and lots of sand in it….yep, just as weird as it sounds…but, I slept okay and didn’t get up til 6 so I guess I’ll take it…had a pretty good day yesterday with getting the gate stop repaired and mowing the lawn but didn’t do a whole lot more than that and getting two bike rides in…and today is going to be a one ride day…I think…need to continue to manage the pain in my legs and they are stiff even with taking some ibuprofen for it last night so that’s telling me something….and I really need to listen…not sure what work I’m going to do today but I have lots of cleaning that can be done and I should do some work downstairs but we’ll see how that works with the races that are on today…and there is F1 qualifying on at 9 so that will put me on the bike before 7:30 or I’ll miss it…it’s still kind of dark out there and that keeps getting me out the door later and later every day and I know that causes stress since I know fall is coming pretty fast and I still don’t have a place to live…I think I got rid of the squirrel that was attacking my gardens since I whacked him with a stick a week ago…haven’t seen him since that time but he was moving okay going down the fence so I think he just gave up…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
