Well…it’s raining! Yeah, I’m a little excited about not having to get on the bike until after the F1 race since it is raining out there….have been rushing to get out by 7:15 or so every morning so I can get back here and get started on work and to set me up to get two rides in every day….it is so luxurious to just sit here and have coffee while watching the Moto GP races…I wonder if that means I shouldn’t be riding so much? I do know I slept okay last night and don’t feel too bad this morning so I think I’ll just enjoy for that a while…I did get two rides in yesterday but they had another damn marathon on the trails so I had to do some road riding into town to get the miles I need in…only did 20 miles though, so that may be why my legs don’t really hurt this morning….stiff, yes, but not a lot of pain other than my right kneecap has some pain under it that I have been fighting for a couple of weeks now….didn’t get anything done yesterday and today looks the same but I should clean this place up but probably won’t…have been invited out to K’s to watch the Lions game but I’m not sure if I’m going to go out there….I’m so used to just hanging out here that it seems to be a lot of work to go out to Caledonia…and if it’s raining, watching outdoors won’t be too comfortable….we’ll see….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
