Well…hey, it’s Sunday and I remembered to come here! You know it’s not normal I remember it so I’ll take that as a win….slept okay last night and don’t feel too bad this morning other than the new pains from spending 5 hours on the downstairs project yesterday…my hands hurt the most but my right shoulder is bad too…I should probably take something for it but I’ll need to think about that for a while…didn’t get out on the bike yesterday with it being so cold in the morning and then raining when I was getting ready to go….and it’s raining again this morning so it looks like it will be only one ride today after Man U plays at 11:30….but this week looks perfect for getting two a days in so I will get to 5K later in the week…I can’t wait for my allergies to get better and working downstairs\u00a0 didn’t help at all…my eyes are scratchy and my head is all plugged up and I am getting tired of it…went through almost half a box of allergy meds over the past three weeks and won’t be able to get more for another month so I need to cut back on those and just live with it I guess…not much to do today…I do need to clean up some buckets that I had plants in outside and but that will have to wait a while until the rain stops…it looks like we may get frost tonight so I’ll lose the rest of my tomatoes and peppers if it does…but my back yard is higher that the surrounding lots so I may be okay…won’t take long to clean up both gardens but it will fill my trash container so I’ll put that out later in the week….more later<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
