Well…running a little late this morning and it’s just that I was a little distracted with the F1 race and MotoGP starting in a few minutes and reading all the news already…I did sleep better last night and didn’t get up til almost 6…when it got to 5:44 I gave up trying and just got up…and that’s okay since I slept with strange, strange dreams and that means I got into deep sleep that I haven’t been able to do for a few days…I am thinking about getting out for a ride since there is a dry slot that is coming over right now and the rain will be stopping for a couple of hours or so…and it is about 50 out there right now so I should take advantage of it even though I had planned for today to be an off day….still having the problems with thighs hurting like crazy at the end of the ride and that is new so I’m not sure why that would be…not going any harder than normal so I am a little confused….didn’t get anything done yesterday but really didn’t have to so I think I may be able to keep the guilts at bay today…don’t really have much to do today, either, but clean and I should do the kitchen so that will be the plan for the day…but it’s still early so I guess I can take it easy for a bit and watch the race first…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
