Well…that was an ugly day….my stomach has been roiled up and I have been eating antacids like candy to keep the pain at bay and that hasn’t happened in a long time….and I’m not sure what it is that caused it…I do know that It woke me up all night and I feel pretty crappy right now….the only thing that I changed in my diet was the turkey and I have a suspicion that it may be bad since it had a smell to it when I took it out of the package and it shouldn’t smell at all…so, I’ll skip turkey today to see how that works…I did get out on the bike yesterday and got over 5,600 miles for the year but I have no goal left for the rest of the year…won’t get to 6,000 without doing doubles every day and I’m done with that….today is going to be a little later when I go out since it is in the 20’s right now and I want to see F1 qualifying at 9….I should clean some and I might take a whack at the oven since I spilled some stuff in it and I want to make sure it doesn’t bake on…and I cleaned the bird feeders yesterday and will probably put them up today…I wasn’t going to but I like watching the birds and they have been flitting around the awning like they are looking for it…and I have some leaves in the back yard I want to get in a pile so they will compost over the winter but I can work on that over the next few days….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
