Well…that was better…my stomach was okay all night and didn’t wake me up once and I slept in all the way to 6:03 when the coffee maker signaled it was time to get up….I think I slept okay but had no dreams that I can remember and that is a little annoying with how many I have been having lately….I was really expecting my right shoulder to be screaming at me after raking the leaves yesterday but it doesn’t hurt at all today even with sleeping on it last night….it was probably a good idea to take some ibuprofen last night….I did get a ride in yesterday and will probably ride again today but that will wait until the afternoon since I just can’t get motivated right now and it is still dark…and the F1 race is on at 9 along with Man U so I am going to just ease into the day and have lots more coffee….I really do need to clean this place up today and continue to work on the kitchen after getting the oven done yesterday…and it’s about time to wrangle the dust again since there is a thin coating on everything…I do need to get some new furnace filters this week and I hope that helps with the dust but with how old this house is, it probably won’t….not much to do today…and this time, that is true….just going to watch some sports and fool around here some….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
