Well…that was a little weird…slept all the way through the night until the coffee maker started and didn’t get out of bed until 7:11….and I know it’s from having a few cocktails last night after being good all week…and I’m not sure I want to pay the price for that anymore…feel pretty slow today and I think it’s going to take a while to get moving….I did get a bike ride in yesterday even with the wind blowing almost 20…rode all the way to the eastern shore of Muskegon lake just to see if the trails were clear and the ride back was pretty brutal but I got 10 miles in so that was okay….can’t wait to get some rides in when the wind isn’t blowing like crazy….would like to go all the way around to the state park and that will be a 20+ mile ride…and I think it will be one of the standard rides for the summer….and I’ve never been to the state park here and would like to see it…I am getting a little tired of my damn elbow hurting like crazy all the time and I think I may have to take something for it before I get on the bike for a while….not much to do today…I think we’re shooting pool today so I need to run into GR and stop at the Valley house to get my mail on the way…not sure why my mail forwarding is not working and I think that will mean another stop at the post office over there to find out next week…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
