Well…that was a little better…didn’t get up til 6:43 but my left hip hurts like crazy and I have no clue how I hurt it…can’t get comfortable no matter how I sit here and that is pretty damn annoying….and I bashed my right elbow in the shower yesterday and that hurts, too, so I may have to take something for all the pain before I get on the bike….I did get the parts and tools for the bike yesterday and got the cranks pulled and the new ones put in place….have to move the front shifter since the sprockets are larger and that will mean more adjustments but I wanted taller gearing….I may have to put the new rear shifter on it with the idler sprockets worn out so that will mean it will probably take me a week to get it all together….and I painted the outside of the back door frame yesterday…haven’t looked at it yet but it needed to be done since the primer that was on it wasn’t protecting the wood at all and it had started to crack….will probably do the inside today but want to get two rides in before the rain….ha,ha…yeah, it’s not going to rain…it never rains out here and the radar says that all of it is going to miss to the north….I wonder why I still feel like I’m on a schedule when I’m retired? Not much to do today….going to get on the bike in a few minutes but it’s going to be another fleece morning with the temp around 55….I do need to clean this place up since I’ve allowed it to get a little messy and dusty but that won’t be til the afternoon….I am still contemplating taking a day off of everything to just veg out and relax but that’s harder than I thought it would be….but, I need one of those days soon to recharge….still pretty worn out and it is going to be a lot of work to get on the bike this morning….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
