Well…running about on time this morning with getting up at about 6:45 but I’m having a little trouble getting going with just starting on the coffee for the morning….I don’t have much to do today so I guess I can ease into the day with no stress….had an okay day yesterday but I was just so damn worn out all day and I hope today will be better….have some cleaning to do since one of my sons is coming over tomorrow afternoon to hang out and living alone, that is not too much of a priority…and I have some outdoor work to do, too….need to remove the last of the flowers along the back of the house and do some trimming on the trees to get ready for winter….and I need to mow the lawn and do the weed walk today….so I have lots to do and hope I have the energy to do it….I may cut back to one ride today just to be careful with how I’ve been feeling but we’ll see after the first ride….my shoulder barely hurts today and, with getting two shots in it, it should hurt worse but I’ll take it….I did eat more yesterday and am going to try to keep that up for a few days…I know it makes a difference but my calorie restriction is so ingrained that I really don’t like eating like a normal person…..not much to do today…yeah, that’s not true….have to pay some bills two weeks early since the post office is so screwed up it takes a full week or longer to get to Ohio….and then on to the yard and I need to get on the windows to get them cleaned before winter…but I need to be careful since banging my thumb still hurts like crazy and I need to not get it infected….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
