Well…with the weather starting to get iffy out here, I wanted to still be able to ride every day so that means I needed to put a bike on the trainer that I have for indoor riding…got that done just now with the Specialized bike I bought from my brother but that took a bit of doing with the rear shifter not working…so, I took the shift unit on the handlebars apart and wd’d it and now it works like it did before…still can’t get it below 5th on the back sprocket but that’s okay since I’m running it on the 6th one….it has been another busy day with getting two rides in and mowing the lawn along with some cleaning but it is 4 now and that’s enough work for one day…the mower made it through another mowing but it went out of adjustment at the end so I’ll have to take a look at that this week…the actuator bracket is still on tight so the adjustment on the cable sheath must have moved…and easy fix that takes about 30 seconds…now I just need to get a battery for the computer of the training bike so I can keep track of the miles I ride on that one…but the pain is that you can’t just buy one battery anymore…you have to buy a 4 pack for 8 bucks and I’m pretty sure the spares won’t last a couple of years…oh, well…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
