Well…damn, hit the wall this morning and feel just so worn out that I’m not sure if I’m going to get on the bike today…when do I get a day off? I’m sure part of it is not eating enough and that is compounded by having to use the antibiotic for my teeth that makes everything taste like crap….haven’t felt like this in quite a while and all I want to do is lie on the couch and rest….but, you know me, I’ll probably drag myself out here in a minute and get a ride in before F1 practice starts at 8…and I need to do my teeth first so I need to get my ass in gear…slept okay last night and got all the way to 6 this morning but I feel like I didn’t sleep at all and that sucks….read a study yesterday that says you need to have at least 7 hours of sleep a night or you will die 10 years earlier than you should so I guess that means I’m living on borrowed time and could go any time since I never get more than 6 hours a night….oh, well….I did get my capital one app fixed yesterday so I can pay my bill this month but it was a pain in\u00a0 the butt that the damn thing kicked me off and locked up for no reason….there are times that technology sucks….not much to do today….damn, I need to get moving but I don’t want to and I’m not sure if I’m going to get out to the beach today but I want to….I am so damn tired….and I’m running out of time….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
