Well…damn, another day that I just can’t get started and didn’t even get out of bed until 6:30….I can’t figure out how I’m sore everywhere today…didn’t do anything strenuous at all but my rib cage aches all around and it hurts a bit to move….hmmmm….it looks like I’ll only get one ride in today with the rain that is coming in and should start here in about an hour and a half so that means I need to get on the bike really soon but I just started my first cup of coffee and I need that to jump start my brain today…didn’t get a lot done yesterday and today looks the same except cleaning up around here since my brother is coming over to take me to lunch….and I do need some motivation to straighten this place up and that is as good as any….damn, it’s 7 and I should be on the bike….it’s been pretty quiet up here the past few days and it feels good to not have to be making noise calls every damn day….but the motorcycles have been pretty noisy and the bands they have downtown for the event can be heard pretty clearly from here…and I wonder why that doesn’t bother me at all but loud music up here does? Could probably write a paper on the psychology of that….not much to do today…just going to wing it after the one ride today and cleaning…no beach with the rain coming in and I think my skin will thank me for that….I have freckles on my hands and arms and I think it make me look old…but I am old so I guess I’ve earned it….more later…..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
