Well…just looked down at my hands and they look so old and wrinkled…just as\u00a0 the rest of me does…and that is depressing….but I’m old so I guess that’s to be expected…slept pretty crappy last night and I’m feeling it right now but still need to get out on the bike by 7:30 to be back here to see F1 qualifying at 9….but I’m not sure if I’ll do two rides today with Michigan playing at noon…I think I may be able to do it if I get back on the bike right after qualifying…but I’m not motivated to do that right now and I hope that changes but that’s a lot to ask of\u00a0 a couple of cups of coffee….I did watch the first two episodes of the new Lord of the Rings show last night and it didn’t grab me at all….never said wow about the story and I hope it gets better as it goes on…they spent 465 million dollars on it but I sure don’t see it…and I wanted it to be a grabber…oh, well…I need to cut out some calories today so it looks like the second meal is going to be just tomatoes and I’m glad I put the burger for tacos in the freezer to wait to make them until next week….feel really fat right now and I think I’ve gained weight over the past week or so and I don’t like it….not much to do today….just going to wing it and force myself to get two rides in before noon and then veg out and watch Michigan play and I think there is a race on, too…so I won’t be too bored…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
