Well…yeah, if I don’t have a political one done by this time of the day, I probably won’t do one…but who knows? I did get two rides in but the first one was so brutal with how I felt and went out so early in a vicious wind that I was sure I wasn’t going to be able to do the second one…but, after watching the F1 race and then watching Man U beat Arsenal…yeah, I’m in shock, too…that buoyed my spirits enough that I suited up and went back out and the second ride was much better even though it was still pretty windy…but, I feel like crap right now after making way too much food for dinner…haven’t eaten like that in years but all I had was a bean burrito and 6 chips loaded up with two tomatoes, lettuce and onions so I guess there was a lot of no calorie stuff on it…but I won’t need to eat again until tomorrow night….there was a huge new cruise ship down at the landing today that had a French name so I’m guessing it came out of Quebec…very modern looking dark blue and streamlined…and it was there all day….okay, that’s about all I wanted to say right now…the nascar race is starting and I need another glass of water….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
