Well…I’m going to do something unprecedented this morning…I’m not going to ride the bike before I do the grocery run….Just don’t feel like it and there is plenty of time to do that later….still trying to become more flexible with my life and this could be a step but we’ll see how badly I react to it…I do feel better this morning so I hope the reaction to the vaccine is going away…not as sore today but my right thigh is still giving me fits with the pain but I know that is from riding and I can’t figure out how I hurt it…I am going to hit DD this morning to load up on some brats and other stuff…how can you not buy brats when you can get 5 pounds for 8 bucks? And, with the train strike happening on Friday, there are going to be shortages of everything so I am going to stock up enough food to last a while….I know they are bad for me but I can take a little bad food with all the veggies I’ve been eating….and I’ll keep that up until the tomatoes are gone next week….not much to do today…just the grocery run and riding later but I do need to clean the kitchen at some point…still haven’t started on the house yet and that may wait til next week…just don’t feel any urgency to get started but I know I will soon…I do need to start thinking of what I want to see on the UK trip so we can do the conference call to the travel agent next month…damn, homework…thought that was all behind me…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
