Well…I think all the effort I put in on the bike yesterday hit me last night and I slept through it…not too sore today but I do feel pretty worn out and I’m not sure if I’ll attempt an outdoor ride today…it’s going to be warmer but the wind is supposed to be about the same as yesterday and that was too brutal for me….it does look like the rain is over for a few days and I need to start thinking about mowing the lawn one last time without having the bag on it to pick up the leaves…. and I need to run the string trimmer one more time so the yard will look neat over the winter….but that can wait a bit…I think I need a day off everything and that will probably be next Tuesday after the scope….who knows, it could be found that I’m dying of colon cancer and then nothing will matter anymore….I wonder how I’ll react to that? Damn, I’ll miss the UK trip if that happens….but I’m not going to worry about that right now….I do need to start eating the right things today to prep for the procedure Monday but I have to read up on that to make sure I do it right….and I have leftovers that need to be used today so that may wait til tomorrow….not much to do today…just going to ease into it with more coffee and some news before I get on the inside bike…don’t have a lot of work that I need to do after that so it may be an easy day…and yeah, I will probably try to get an outdoor ride in, too, because I’m just not too bright…or stubborn…that’s probably a better description…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
