Well…after I got back here from the dentist, I did what I normally don’t do…read the after procedure instructions and one of the surprises I found in them was a prohibition of any strenuous activity…and the way I ride the bike is pretty darn strenuous so I decided to take the day off the bike and just do some reading instead…one good thing that happened was that the bleeding stopped before I even got home since I had to go out to run an errand and hit aldis and two Meijers…but I was able to get butter at aldis for 2.45 a pound and I had to go to a second Meijers to get a spare tube for the bike…and they had the bike tires that I like and I got one of those since the rear that I have on the bike is wearing out and has about 15 holes in it……I was even able to eat something and it didn’t hurt or start my mouth bleeding so I’ll probably be able to have turkey tomorrow…I did put a repaired tube back in the back wheel and have checked it a couple of times today and it looks to be holding air so I can get out on the bike tomorrow…removing that loose tooth has made my bite right for the first time in years so I’ll take that for now…the problem I’m having is that I didn’t plan for meals today but I do have a box of mac and cheese I could make up and that is pretty soft and won’t hurt to eat…or maybe just some pasta…that might work….we’ll see…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
