Well…damn, running late again today with waking up at 5 but not getting out of bed til almost 7…and I should be on the bike right now but just started my first cup of coffee and I need to have it start working soon….man, I forgot so much doing the grocery run yesterday that I have to go back out this morning and do it again…and that is not normal…and I have a weird taste for bagels and cream cheese but I can’t afford the calories so it will remain a taste…and substitute an apple I guess….didn’t get a lot done yesterday but the two rides and I’ll probably do the same thing today after I get the errand run but I am so damn worn out I don’t want to do anything….at least my back isn’t hurting much so I guess that’s something…..I do have to do laundry today but that will be about all for me….the attraction of taking the day off is pretty strong today but I know that all I have to do is get going and I’ll be okay….it looks like it is going to rain all day today but at least it’s not snow…yet…but the cold is coming next week and that will mean hibernation for me….but I do have to get used to winter weather here pretty soon since it’s going to come no matter how I feel about it….not much to do today…going to get on the bike right now and should be out to run the errand by 8:30 or so….and then I can do the second ride by 10 but I’m not sure what I’ll do with the rest of the day after that….don’t want to do anything right now…just frickin worn out….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
