Have already had the heating pad on my sore back and I really could use some rest&#8230;and I did make my mileage goals on the bike yesterday so maybe I&#8217;ve earned it? A nap on the couch would be so luxurious but I&#8217;ll probably get on the bike after lunch&#8230;man, that&#8217;s sick&#8230;what do I have to do to have one day off?
