Well…that was an odd bit of sleep last night…up at 3 and 5 and then out of bed at 6:22 but I feel okay this morning…even went out in the snow to get the paper and I’m glad they hadn’t salted the roads yet so no extra rust on the car that I have to worry about…I did get out to get a two mile walk in yesterday and I went downtown past the arena and over to Hackley Park, then to the library so now I know I can walk to all of the places I want to go…may even walk down for a hockey game later this winter…and I’m not really sore from it but I did have to heat my back when I got back here since that used a bunch of new muscles I hadn’t used in a while…I am going to get some cleaning done today since the bathroom needs it and it will only take a half hour or so to scrub it….and the kitchen could use a once over but I don’t want to think about that…I did get the first batch of ribs marinated overnight and will put them on the grill this afternoon and I hope I have enough gas left in the tank to get through them….not much to do today…just coffee, soccer and maybe some football later along with cleaning but right now all I want to do is sit here and read a bit…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
