Well…running so damn late today and I even forgot to come here until right now…took the entire day off and didn’t even get on the bike and I should have…but, I did compensate by only eating one meal today but I will do better tomorrow…I’ll even do a political one or two…just have lost my discipline with finding out I’ve got health problems to face for the entire month…and longer, maybe the rest of the year…who knows? At least it didn’t snow today so I guess that’s something, but the birds stayed away and with the clouds of Juncos I’ve had that’s a little weird…did feel pretty crappy today and sore but that’s from riding yesterday….I may get some walking in this week since it’s not going to snow and it is going to be over 30…I do need to break my new shoes in….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
