Well…that was probably a normal night for me with getting up at 5:08 and then out of bed before 6:30 to make a run out to get the paper…slept okay last night but I’m not as sore as I should be with doing 23 miles yesterday…not going to do two rides today but I am going to try to get out to do an outdoor ride today instead of taking the day off like I planned…but I won’t be getting out til after Man U plays at 9 so I have time to just relax a bit…I did make chili yesterday but probably shouldn’t have use the big can of crushed tomatoes…tastes way to much like tomato…I did go out and find the recipe that my daughter sent me years ago and I’ll go back to that one for the next batch….didn’t get much done yesterday but the bike rides and today will be the same…have leftovers to eat so I don’t have to cook and that’s good since I don’t feel like doing much right now…all of the snow is gone already out here except for some drifts out at the beach and it looks like we have a week or so before there is any in the forecast and I’ll take that…not much to do today…just going to ease into it and have some more coffee before I do anything….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
