{"id":27093,"date":"2023-02-19T07:38:34","date_gmt":"2023-02-19T12:38:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=27093"},"modified":"2023-02-19T07:38:34","modified_gmt":"2023-02-19T12:38:34","slug":"february-19th-13","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=27093","title":{"rendered":"February 19th"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;damn, you could almost set a clock to my wake up time over the past few days&#8230;up at 5:04 again this morning but laid in bed til 6:43&#8230;.might have slept a bit in that time but had no dreams so it doesn&#8217;t count&#8230;.I think I&#8217;m going to have to eat more today since I feel so worn out this morning and I&#8217;m running on fat reserves that my body has a hard time using&#8230;not going to get on the bike before Man U plays at 9&#8230;or maybe I will&#8230;not sure right now since it&#8217;s only 7:30 I could get on by 8 an still do the ride and get a shower in before 9 but don&#8217;t I deserve a day off?
