Well…as is pretty normal for a Sunday, I haven’t come up with a political topic yet so I probably won’t get to one today…it’s been a lazy one today and I have done nothing but go out an get the paper and read it…I did talk to my daughter and she has set up transportation for my periodontist appointments so I don’t have to think about that this week…and she did all that from Maryland where she lives….still on the calorie restriction diet I’ve been doing for weeks now and had a chicken thigh, half a baked potato, and some corn with a glass of milk for about 450 calories and that will be it for the day….I think I’ll keep that up until I can get back to two rides outdoors since I have some weight to lose…will do two rides indoors tomorrow unless it warms up and there is no wind…then I’ll go outside…but right now the Daytona 500 is going to start so I’ll end here…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
