Well…damn, waking up and getting going this morning is more of a process than an event…up at 4:04 then floated back into sleep until around 7 waking up a few times in those hours…had a really pleasant surprise when I looked Mastodon as I normally do when I get up…someone had posted a clip of CSNY doing “Down By the River” from what looked like when “DejaVu” was released…Neil and Stephen were playing at each other with David moving in and out with them and Graham on the Hammond B-3…just a rocking version shortened for tv but still a cool thing to wake up to….didn’t get much done yesterday and I’m leaning toward taking the day off today since I’m running out of days to do that…I mean what’s the point of being a fit dead guy? I do have to run an errand this morning but I am not going to shower before it like I usually do….okay, the coffee is not working yet…I’m a little impatient about that today but I’m only about a third of the way on the first cup so I need to take a breath….not sure what I’m going to do today…will probably do at least one ride but I don’t need to cook until tomorrow with having both chili and rib leftovers….my teeth were really painful when I got up today but have settled down after I stopped grinding them and I hope the lack of pain continues….not much to do today…my weather widget is telling me winter weather is coming and that is feeding into my depression today…but It’s not going to get worse…I hope….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
